Tagovailoa ahead of Trevor Lawrence in preseason Heisman odds

Spring practice has started so the college football season will be here before you know it.

Las Vegas SuperBook released their opening Heisman Trophy odds recently and had Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as the early preseason favorite for the prestigious award.

BUYER BEWARE ON TAGOVAILOA with the 5/2 odds that they are currently giving you. It's doesn't seem like a safe bet with all the elite players suiting up this upcoming season.

Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence was second in the odds at 3/1 followed by quarterbacks Jalen Hurts, Justin Fields, and Adrian Martinez at 6/1.

Lawrence completed 259 passes out of 397 for 3,280 yards and 30 passing touchdowns in 2018.

Clemson standout running back Travis Etienne was listed at 40/1 odds and had the second highest odds of any running back in the nation besides Wisconsin's Jonathan Taylor (15/1).

Playmaker Justyn Ross was listed at 50/1 odds.
