4-star 2016 cornerback Trayvon Mullen committed to Clemson on ESPNU on National Signing Day.
Mullen's picked Clemson over Florida State, TCU, LSU and Louisville and shocked most of the national media pundits that had him going to LSU.
He is the highest-ranked defensive back commit for Clemson since 2013 with former shutdown cornerback Mackensie Alexander.
Mullen was one of the most critical commits for Clemson's 2016 recruiting class.
Clemson offered Mullen on 5/13/14, and he took an official visit to Clemson in late January.
He is ranked as the #17 overall player in ESPN's 300 and the number two ranked cornerback in the nation.
