Than Norte Dame

And I can’t stand Carolina.

But in the grand scheme of things, if we’re going to be in the ACC for a while..

I wish I could say that I’d rather have Georgia as our arch rival.

But saying that doesn’t align with the joy I feel every time we kick Carolina’s a**

Regarding the history, I mean most of those wins came before Clemson really put themselves on the map at all.

It wasn’t until the close to the 80s when a small program like Clemson was gaining too much pull.

To me, it’s because Georgia didn’t want to help Clemson by playing them every year

Clemson was catching up to their level. And yeah Clemson caught up actually.

That game against Hershel Walker where he didn’t do anything…That got to Georgia. They woke up and realized what Clemson was becoming.

Agreed , but georgia ain't gonna buy into that. Curious thing, though, you talk to their fans, and they are all for a yearly home and home.

UGA already has more rivalries than they know what to do with. There’s only so much hate those leg humpers can generate annually - Florida in the cocktail party, Auburn in what used to be the longest continuous series in the south, Tennessee as a border war and then their own version of a lopsided instate rivalry with Tech.

They are rabid supporters of their team. Like we are. They were delusional for 30 years until they wasn’t. It is a rivalry they as fans we want, but why add a potential loss? They play a tougher schedule because of their conference, why add one that would possibly put them out of playoffs?

All I'm looking for is the team that can draw the most viewers. At this point, that's Notre Dame.

it's not much of a rivalry by their perspective

Meetings total 66
All-time series Georgia leads, 44–18–4
Largest victory Georgia, 55–0 (1920)
Longest win streak Georgia, 10 (1920–1954)

Records don't really make a rivalry. Neither really is ND. While we own the series record so far I'm not around, live by, work with not one ND fan. That makes the game a yawner in my book.

i wish we played in the SEC East

then we could just play everyone and put to rest their talk against us .

Tenn , Georgia, Florida ... we would have ran the SEC from 2015-2020 without any competition other than Alabama (but even then we are 2-1 in championship games)

2023 ND game was boring! and so have been all of them since 2015

Clemson is 1-8 against Georgia in the last 34 years.

The last 2 games against Georgia in 2021 and 2024 Clemson has score a combined 6 points and no touchdowns.

Last years games was 34-3, Georgia.

In the 80s it was THE BEST RIVALRY IN AMERICA and I loved it!

Just being real here. Anyone who knows me knows I like Clemson and go to many games. But, Clemson does not want a yearly game with Georgia in football in my opinion. Not saying Clemson can’t beat Georgia, but I am saying UGA would win the majority and the name of the game is getting WINS and making the playoffs in the EASIEST PATH POSSIBLE

No, we don't. Not at this time but things may change. Hopefully, we are beginning to peak again.
