Lecounte listed Ohio State, Florida, Georgia, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State and Georgia Southern as his favorite schools.

He is a consensus 4-star prospect by all the major recruiting services and regarded as the #1 safety in the nation according to ESPN.com.

The high-profile athlete has national offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Kentucky, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, N.C. State, Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, UCLA, USC and Wake Forest.

The Tigers were the first program to have offered three elite prospects from Archers' football program back in 2013 - Jamyest Williams, Richard LeCounte and Deangelo Gibbs.
