Coach Swinney allows you to have fun while you're coaching. I think there's something special about that. Some other places maybe... We still work extremely hard, but you're able to enjoy it, enjoy your players. The best advice I've ever been given is, Don't mess up with happy. Right now our coaches are happy. Got a great place to work, great place to live. It's not just Coach Swinney, it's our Board of Trustees, our president, athletic director. Just a very unique culture that we have where there's a very strong alignment. Everybody is on the same page. Everybody has a job to do. We're given the resources to go do our job. We just feel like we're in the middle of something really special. So I think it's going to take a lot to pull coaches out of what we have right now.
