She probably didn't want to spend the money on it due to costs even with a Porsche. Porsche doesn't mean a lot though. They all aren't expensive . Sounds more like she was irresponsible and didn't have insurance and then wanted help.

A guy I worked with had an '89 while I was driving a new 92 Trans Am....he had nothing but problems with it and when I shut the door on it I'd hear stuff rattle when he drove to lunch. I wouldn't want one lol.

Mary Lou is a national treasure and she almost died. Her daughters asked for the money while she was in the hospital fighting for her life. Yes, she made a mistake driving under the influence. Thankfully no one was hurt . Mary Lou has lived her life post Olympics off of the radar until she got sick. Please leave her alone.

I had a case of pneumonical pneumonia in one lung. The x-ray showed a mass in about a third of the lung.
Came close to killing me. MLR's x-ray shows both lungs almost entirely filled. No doubt she was seriously ill.
