Clemson-FSU game three delayed |
Forecasted thunderstorms in the Tallahassee, Florida area have pushed the start for game three in the Clemson-Florida State series to later in the afternoon.
FSU's baseball Twitter account said Sunday afternoon that they are targeting a 4:30 p.m. start. First pitch was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. The game is set to air on ESPNEWS now. Clemson is slated to throw freshman left-hander Keyshawn Askew (2-1, 3.63 ERA) versus Florida State sophomore left-hander Shane Drohan (2-0, 2.67). The Tigers, ranked as high as No. 13, are seeking to salvage a game out of the series after being outscored 22-4 in the first two games. Tarp is still on the field. New start time is 4:30 PM.
