As Clemson celebrates its senior class on Saturday, it will also usher in the next generation of Clemson greats as the Tigers host their biggest recruiting weekend of the year during its home finale.

Not only will the Clemson coaching staff welcome most of the early enrollees, but they will host the nation’s top linebacker and the top all-purpose back for the 2021 class.

Most of this weekend’s visitors are already committed, however, all eyes will be on 5-star Upland (CA) linebacker Justin Flowe, who is making his much-anticipated return trip to Clemson as he uses his second official visit.

After spending time at Clemson for the All In Cookout back in July, the Tigers seemed to skyrocket to the top of Flowe’s list, but he has remained uncommitted and wanted to take all of his official visits. The 6-2, 225-pound prospect traveled to Miami last week and has trips to Georgia and Oregon on the docket.

All of the other official visitors are mid-year enrollees and already committed to Clemson.

Clemson expects three 5-stars – Lakeland (FL) running back Demarckus Bowman, Damascus (MD) defensive lineman Bryan Bresee and Powder Springs (GA) Hillgrove defensive end Myles Murphy – six 4-stars – Fort Valley (GA) Peach County linebacker Sergio Allen, Bradenton (FL) IMG defensive lineman De’Monte Capehart, Raleigh (NC) Leesville Road offensive lineman Mitchell Mayes, Carrollton (GA) linebacker Kevin Swint, Alpharetta (GA) Milton offensive lineman Paul Tchio and Phenix City (AL) Central wide receiver – and 3-star Central (SC) Daniel safety Tyler Venables all on hand.

Quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei, cornerback Fred Davis and safety R.J. Mickens all took their official visits for the game against Wofford. Tallahassee (FL) Lincoln tight end Sage Ennis and Knoxville (TN) Catholic offensive lineman Bryn Tucker will both take their official visits in December due to high school playoffs.

On the unofficial visitor front, the nation’s number one running back in Matthews (NC) Weddington 4-star Will Shipley will make a return visit to Clemson.

Shipley earned a Clemson offer after participating in head coach Dabo Swinney’s high school camp in June. After his performance, he came away with the first running back offer from running back’s coach Tony Elliott.

Shipley has had the Tigers high on his list since the offer and was on campus for the game against Texas A&M earlier this season.

2021 wide receiver Troy Stellato out of Fort Lauderdale (FL) Cardinal Gibbons received a Clemson offer in October and has been planning a trip to campus ever since.

“I haven’t been up to Clemson yet, so I don’t really know yet (how I feel about them), but I watch them all the time and I love how they operate their offense,” Stellato said. “I’m sure after I visit, they will be very high up there on my list.”

Stellato has seen his recruiting take off with other high major offers from Alabama, Florida, LSU, Ohio State, Penn State, Florida State, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Duke, Georgia, Oregon, Miami, LSU and others.

Other notable junior visitors are 4-star Winston Salem (NC) Prep defensive end Zaire Patterson, 4-star Homerville (GA) Clinch County ATH Tyler Morehead and 3-star Kernersville (NC) Glenn linebacker Raneiria Dillworth.

*Note: There is no indication that 5-star Columbia (SC) Hammond defensive end Jordan Burch has scheduled his official visit to Clemson this weekend. The Burch camp has played his recruitment extremely close to the vest, so anything is possible but it appears as though if an official visit is going to happen, it will be at a later date.

Burch has taken official visits to LSU and Alabama.
