I am. It would be embarrassing for both South Carolina and coastal to have 2 titles while we have zero. Who cares if the SEC wins another. The debate of best baseball conference is long over anyway. LSU winning another is like Bama football winning another.

Wish Coastal could have pulled it off. They just didn't hit well enough in the finals. That first LSU pitcher reminded me of a young Max Fried.

My son and I go to a lot of Coastal games because we are close to the beach. My roommates and I made a pact that we would come to Omaha when Clemson made it. We all know how that’s gone the last 15 years and my son is almost grown up. I brought him to Omaha for the weekend and have had a great time. Being here makes me hate LSU even more. I can’t wait to beat them in the real valley in a couple months.

I live within 20 minutes of Coastal and I hate them all the local people don't understand why I don't like them...I really dislike LSU as well but hope they win. It's a no win situation

Some of their fans are definitely tough to take. We typically keep to ourselves and enjoy the action. They’ve always been fun to watch on the diamond and I appreciate good baseball. I will never cheer the Columbia chickens and view Coastal differently.

I live in Cherry Grove also and noticed most of the local Coot fans switched over to Coastal gear last week. We ended up at Grumpy Monk last night to watch the final few innings of the game and was surprised that hardly anyone was watching the game.
