Report: Former Clemson RB re-signs with Seahawks

Former Clemson running back Zac Brooks has been re-signed by the Seattle Seahawks on their practice squad according to multiple reports.

Brooks battled hamstring issues during the offseason and training camp. He played in two NFL preseason games with the Seattle Seahawks and had six carries for 17 yards and a four-yard catch.

Brooks was drafted #247 overall by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

In 2015 at Clemson, Brooks had 41 attempts for 234 yards and three rushing touchdowns and also had nine receptions for 113 yards and two scores. For his career, he had 607 yards on only 116 carries and 17 receptions for 197 receiving yards and eight total scores.
