is the face of Clemson football in 2015. No one can dispute that. He is as good as any quarterback in the country and perhaps the best in school history.

However, Watson can't do it alone. He will have to get protection up front and will have to get a running game to support him. When he does throw the football, he will be throwing to one of the nation's top wide receiver corps. This group continues the recent tradition of "Wide Receiver U."

So what can we expect from the 2015 wide receivers?

is ready to take the next step and has a chance to be considered one of the nation's top wide outs. When Watson was in the game last year Williams made great strides. His circus catches on deep balls were only part of the story. Williams became more consistent in his sophomore season.

has not lived up to his potential, but injuries have been the major reason. There have been glimpses of brilliance, but he will have to stay healthy to do it in his final season.

and Ray Ray McCloud III. Both Florida prospects will get a long look in the August camp and I expect both to have a big role this season. Both are players who have big-play capability.

also has a chance to play as a freshman this season.

The Tigers do have a couple of tight ends that will make an impact in the passing game. The running backs will also contribute, but the playmakers in the passing game will come from one of the nation's top receiver corps.

I will be interested to see how the roles of each player will develop. Can Williams make the jump and maybe move to the NFL after his junior season? Will Scott have a sophomore slump? Will Peake finally stay healthy? Are Cain and McCloud as good as advertised? How will Hopper, Thompson and Bell fit in?

It also doesn't hurt to have perhaps the country's top quarterback spreading the ball around either.
