The nation's top-rated pro-style quarterback for 2020 picked up his second offer in as many stops on Wednesday, per his high school.
Bellflower, California quarterback DJ Uiagalelei, who is rated as a 5-star prospect by Rivals, arrived on campus during the second session of Wednesday's Clemson camp and picked up an offer by the end of the day. He left a Georgia visit earlier in the day with the same, bringing his offer list close to 30 schools already. "Very honored and Blessed beyond measures to have received my DREAM OFFER from Clemson University," Uiagalelei posted on Twitter Thursday. Uiagalelei stands an imposing 6-foot-5 and 235 pounds and earned Maxpreps sophomore of the year honors after taking over as a starter midway through last season at St. John Bosco. Uiagalelei is teammates with 2019 Clemson targets in linebacker Spencer Lytle and cornerback Chris Steele. Clemson has signed or had a commitment from a No. 1-rated quarterback for classes 2017-19.
