Boulware has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Kansas State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, South Carolina, Tennessee, USC and Virginia. Clemson was the first school to offer him a football scholarship (2/1/14). He is excellent in pass protection with his great length and nice quickness. He was a member of Creekside's 2013 5-A state championship in Georgia. He is also high school teammates with 4-star wide receiver Jayson Stanley Venzell Boulware
