Thomas says Tigers embrace attack that make OLs quit

Clemson freshman speed rusher Xavier Thomas spoke to the media Monday after his team's 59-10 win over Florida State.

Thomas was asked by a media member about how several Florida State offensive linemen quit during the game according to their head coach Willie Taggart.

"It just shows the depth we have and what we bring to the table," he said. "We don't let up on the gas pedal and just go all out and make teams quit."

Thomas had two tackles including a sack against the Seminoles.

"Our goal is to be the number one defense in the country."
