Clemson OL Sean Pollard injury update

TALLAHASSEE, FL - Down one offensive lineman heading into the game, the Tigers lost another starter after the first drive.

Starting center Justin Falcinelli didn't make the trip to Florida St. after suffering an injury in practice this week, and starting right guard Sean Pollard went out with a hand injury after the first drive. Pollard went into the locker room and emerged with his right hand heavily wrapped. He tried to convince OL coach Robbie Caldwell he could go back in, but eventually went back into the locker room to have his hand re-taped. There are now two backups in the game for Clemson - Gage Cervenka at center and Cade Stewart at right guard.

We will keep you updated as we hear more.

Pollard returned to the game early in the second quarter. Both hands are wrapped.
