Clemson and Boston College will kick off under the lights in a high-stakes game next Saturday.
The Tigers (9-0, 6-0 ACC) can clinch the Atlantic Division in Chestnut Hill, while Boston College (7-2, 4-1) can stay in control of its division-title destiny with a win. ESPN's College Gameday will be in town for the matchup, which will air at 8 p.m. on ABC. Dabo Swinney's Tigers came out on top, 34-7, in last year's meeting. Clemson is coming off of a 77-16 home beatdown of Louisville and Boston College just picked up a 31-21 win at Virginia Tech. This is the third time that College GameDay has aired from Chestnut Hill, where BC has gone 1-1 (2005: 28-17 loss to FSU; 2009: 28-21 win over FSU). Clemson has appeared on the show 18 times with an 11-7 record in those games, tallying three-straight wins in GameDay trips to true road games (28-26 win over Texas A&M this season; 47-21 win at Louisville in 2017; 31-17 win at Virginia Tech in 2017). Last time out in a home night game, the Eagles downed Miami, 27-14. BOSTON COLLEGE GET READY! Gameday at @BCFootball next weekend. @ClemsonFB visits the Heights.
