Fulwood's mother, Terri, said in a recent update that she felt Clemson was the best fit for her son, while Fulwood said that Clemson is one of six schools that are standing out to him.

"I like the way they use their receivers," Fulwood said of Clemson. "Sammy Watkins is a prime example. Catching 60-plus balls and being the ACC rookie of the year, is crazy. They definitely know how to utilize him."

But Florida and Clemson still have plenty of competition for the 6-foot-3, 200-pound receiver.

"Georgia is standing out," he said. "Alabama is still kind of standing out to me as well. Ohio State -- USC is still in there too.
