4-star 2018 outside linebacker Channing Tindall from Columbia, S.C. (Spring Valley HS) confirmed his Clemson offer on Monday via his Twitter account.
"Thanking Clemson University for the opportunity to play football on the next level," Tindall posted. Tindall has national offers from Alabama, App State, Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Coastal Carolina, Colorado State, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Louisville, Mercer, LSU, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and others. Currently, his top three schools are South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. His first offer was from Coastal Carolina. He is a consensus 4-star recruit by all the major recruiting services and has a 4.47 TigerNet recruiting ranking. In 2017, he has 149 tackles including 12 for loss and seven sacks. As a junior, he had 121 tackles including 15 for loss and eight sacks. He is scheduled to play in the upcoming Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas and the prestigious U.S. Army All-American game after the season.
