Clemson QB target commits to Notre Dame

by -

Three-star 2019 Midlothian, Virginia quarterback Brendon Clark announced a commitment to Notre Dame on Wednesday evening.

Clark visited Clemson shortly before decommitting from a longstanding pledge to Wake Forest in June. He visited Notre Dame and North Carolina shortly after.

He connected on 28 touchdown passes to only four interceptions and rushed for nearly 700 yards with 12 more scores as a junior.

After a rash of transfers this offseason, Clemson has been seeking another 2019 QB commitment to go with No. 2-rated dual-threat Taisun Phommachanh.
