CLEMSON – A warm and breezy Sunday afternoon was just what Clemson’s bats needed.

Grayson Byrd homered and drove in three and No. 6 Clemson hit three homers in defeating No. 15 Florida St. 12-7 at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, evening the series at a game apiece.

Logan Davidson, Seth Beer, and Patrick Cromwell each had two hits in the Tigers’ 13 hit attack. Beer and Chris Williams added homers.

The 12 runs were the most by Clemson vs Florida State in a game at Doug Kingsmore since May 3, 2004, when Clemson had 18 in an 18-9 win.

In postgame, Chris Wiliams, Patrick Cromwell, and Grayson Byrd came to interviews and answered each others' questions, as that other person. It's must-see.
