11:30 a.m. Meet with former UGA defensive line coach Rodney Garner and two other Auburn assistants. Adams feels comfortable with Garner, but has also said Garner’s departure from UGA won’t really affect his consideration of the Bulldogs. Garner is trying to secure an official visit for Auburn for the last weekend before signing day, Feb. 1.
1 p.m. Depart for Clemson. Adams and his mother will leave for his second official visit, to Clemson. They want him there by 5 p.m. It is Adams’ second official visit, with him scheduled to go to Alabama and UGA the next two weeks, respectively.
