Four-star 2017 wide receiver Tee Higgins announced on Twitter Thursday evening that he was re-opening his recruitment. The Oak Ridge (TN) product committed to Tennessee last August, but visited Clemson on Jan. 30th for Junior Day.
Higgins has offers from Clemson, Florida St., LSU, Georgia, Miami, Ole Miss, UNC, South Carolina and Virginia Tech. Clemson offered last October. Higgins is friends with current Clemson 2017 commit and quarterback Hunter Johnson. Johnson, out of Brownsburg (IN), also committed to Tennessee last summer.
