No reason why a 19-20 yr old couldn't pitch after 4 days. Knaach should have started today.

Looking a little more like normal. Today it was throw as hard as possible and try to make it through multiple innings. And that ain’t gonna work against a hot team.

I just hope Reed is ready next week. Really need him.

Justin L looked better today. That was encouraging. Any 3rd and 4th day pitching options are welcomed.

A couple of pitchers shy of what is needed in tourney play. Having Darden would have been of some help but still think we need at least one more.

the first 2 games of a regional to give yourself a chance in that. Then if you make it to the SR, game 1 is a must and then you throw the kitchen sink at game 2. We just don’t have the depth to battle back in loser bracket scenario and we have too many holes in the batting lineup to hit the type of pitching most 1 and many 2 seed regional teams will have. Going to need some luck. Fielding - we are good enough for Omaha- save the dumb play in the 1st today.

Carolina only played 3 games and pretty much every team in the land has issues with pitching with playing 4 games in 5 days. No story here.
