Height: 5-10 Weight: 180 Hometown: Tucker, GA (Tucker HS) Class: 2013

From AJC:
Everybody but Clemson is recruiting Williams as a wide receiver, while the Tigers like him at defensive back. Williams prefers wide receiver, but would play any position. He was offered at quarterback by Georgia Tech, which later filled the spot with another recruit. He led Tucker HS to state championship at QB in 2011. He visited Clemson's junior day on 3/3/12 and also went to the Dabo Swinney football camp. He was offered on 2/13/12.
Clemson: “When I went up there for my visit, it felt like a small town. Everywhere I saw students and players wearing Clemson t-shirts and baseball caps. It reminded me of Tucker, where you go around Main Street and see people wearing Tucker [gear]. The whole community buys into Clemson.”
