2020 4-star linebacker Derek Wingo (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) announced a Clemson offer on Monday.
Wingo holds over a dozen offers already, including Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida and Ole Miss. "Truly blessed to receive an offer from Clemson," Wingo posted Monday. Wingo played QB and linebacker for St. Thomas Aquinas with eight touchdowns and over 800 passing yards in 101 attempts last season. He made visits to Florida State and Miami during this spring.
