The CBS Sports’ Inside College Football crew discusses Clemson football's upcoming season and the impact of the lack of transfer portal use.

"Just sort of a reminder about this program and that everyone talks about, 'Well, there's no transfers.' 'They're a developmental program,' that in some ways seems like an insult to a big-time program," CBS' Randy Cross said. "They didn't go 4-9 last year. They went 9-4. And it was 'a bad offseason' for Clemson. I'd hold judgment on Dabo and this staff...They need the playmakers (on the outside). If they can still get the playmakers in the recruiting classes, you're going to still see them more than develop players."
