Clemson 2015 wide receiver commit Ray-Ray McCloud III was named the 2014 Guy Toph Award winner on Thursday. The award has been given to the top overall football player in Hillsborough County since 1939.
Dabo Swinney, Jeff Scott and Tony Elliot were on hand for the award ceremony.
