Jamil Paris - Defensive Line
Height: 6-7   Weight: 235   Hometown: Vero Beach, FL (Sebastian River HS)   Class: 2006
ESPN: NR

Jamil Paris is an extremely athletic defensive end with good size. Paris had games cancelled due to hurricanes and missed three games with a concussion.

"I just had a string a bad luck last season. I am really looking forward to showing some schools what I can really do next season."

Although Paris has been limited, it has not caused schools to back away. Several schools are sending him letters everyday.

"Clemson, LSU, UCF, Miami, and some other schools send me a lot of mail. It is all happening pretty fast. I grew up a Miami fan, so it would be nice if I had a chance to go there."

Paris also plays basketball for Sebastian River. Paris was in attendance when Clemson upset Miami in the Orange Bowl.

"That was a great game. Clemson really came out and played in the second half. Their defense shut Miami down, that was pretty impressive."
