According to multiple sources, OLB Isaac McDonald Outside Linebacker 6-6, 205 Hialeah, FL View Full Profile has committed to Clemson. He is 6-6 so he can grow into a weak-side defensive end or stay at OLB for Clemson. Right now, he plays linebacker, safety, and wide receiver for his high school team. As a junior, he had 75 tackles, 5 sacks, 2 INTs on defense and 331 yards receiving and 5 TDs on offense. Clemson offered him on 2/16/2012. He has attended camps at Florida and Florida State. He had offers from Louisville, Marshall, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Purdue, South Carolina, Stanford, West Virginia and others. Also, his high school teammate, 3-star Charles Williams was also at junior day and came away very impressed with Clemson.
