Clemson has offered rising sophomore Derion "DK" Kendrick from Rock Hill, South Carolina on Wednesday afternoon according to his twitter account.
Kendrick participated in the 2015 Dabo Swinney Football Camp and received the offer after the morning session. He held his own against older players at different drills. TigerNet spoke with Kendrick on Wednesday afternoon after he got word of the Clemson offer from coach Jeff Scott. He said that he is very excited about the offer. He also enjoyed the camp experience as well as the coaches and the atmosphere in general. He plans on working hard at more camps and continue to keep his grades up. The Tigers were the first school to offer him. He visited North Carolina this past weekend for their football camp. Blessed to say I received my first offer from Clemson University #GoTigers pic.twitter.com/YiiMgXxcvt
