Clemson has offered 3-star 2019 linebacker Drake Thomas from Wake Forest, NC (Heritage) on Sunday according to his Twitter account.

"Extremely excited and honored to receive an offer from Clemson University!" Thomas posted.

Thomas has offers from App State, Clemson, Duke, East Carolina, Houston, Marshall, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, North Carolina State, UNCC, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.

In 2016 as a sophomore, he had 120 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and three touchdowns.

He plans to take all five of his official visits before making a decision on a college and wants to make a decision before his senior season.
