Four-star receiver Joe Ngata jumped 29 spots to No. 39, as 247's No. 5-rated WR, and four-star cornerback Andrew Booth moved up 18 spots to No. 41, as the No. 5 CB.

Other Top 247 commits include WR Frank Ladson (4-star; No. 33), S Joseph Charleston (4-star; 122), ILB Kane Patterson (4-star; 138) and OLB Bryton Constantin (4-star; 199).

Some notable Top 247 targets include OL William Putnam (No. 80; up 41 spots), ATH Quavaris Crouch (83; down 31 spots), OL Clay Webb (48; no movement), RB Jerrion Ealy (48; down 5 spots) and DT Tyler Davis (218; down 39 spots).

On the fringe of that top group are 4-star commits in QB Taisun Phommachanh (No. 296; No. 5 dual-threat), RB Chez Mellusi (No. 317; No. 19 RB) and CB Sheridan Jones (No. 328; No. 34 CB).
