Marcquise Reed injury update

Marcquise Reed injury update

TigerNet Staff  ·  Correspondent ·

Graduate senior guard Marcquise Reed underwent an MRI on Wednesday morning, which confirmed a sprained knee according to a release from Clemson. His status for Saturday’s contest is questionable.

Reed went down with an apparent knee injury during Clemson's 65-60 win over St. Peter's on Tuesday night. Trainers worked on one of Reed's knees after he landed on it on a drive to the hoop and limped to the bench. Reed briefly reentered the game and came back out.

Reed topped the 1,000-career point mark in November and was a second-team All-ACC selection preseason.
