Three 2021 defenders announced Clemson offers on Friday.

Four-star 2021 Ironton, Ohio linebacker Reid Carrico was ecstatic about the interest from the Tigers.

"This one is huge. Super thankful to receive an offer to Clemson University!!" Carrico posted on Twitter Friday.

The offer is ahead of a stop at Ohio State for camp. He was offered this week by Alabama as well, to go with similar interest from over 30 FBS programs - including in-state Ohio State in April.

Carrico is rated as the No. 6 inside linebacker in the nation and top-200 overall for 2021 (198). He is classified as an outside linebacker prospect by Rivals.

A pair of 2021 Miami Palmetto High School (Fla.) teammates announced offers as well in cornerbacks Jason Marshall and Corey Collier.

Marshall is rated as the No. 4 cornerback nationally by 247Sports.

Marshall holds 20-plus FBS offers already, including Florida, Florida State, Miami Ohio State, Southern Cal, and Tennessee. He's been a frequent visitor locally to Miami but has made the trek to TigerTown along with Collier.

Collier has picked up 30-plus FBS offers with instate Miami and Florida State regarded as top suitors currently by 247Sports, where he is rated the No. 110 player nationally and the No. 6 cornerback.
