"Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University," Stingley Jr. posted. The big-time prospect was a one-time LSU commitment last year but decided to reopen his recruitment to check out more schools around the country. The SEC Tigers will still be one of his main schools that factor into his recruitment. The ball-hawking cornerback has national offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona State, Auburn, Arizona State, Auburn, Ball State, Clemson, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Houston, Indiana, Kansas State, LSU, Louisiana Tech, Marshall, Michigan, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, Purdue, Stanford, TCU, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Tech, Tulane, Virginia, and others. Last week, his top ten schools were Texas, Oklahoma, Penn State, LSU, Stanford, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Michigan, and Texas A&M. In 2017, he was named to LSWA Class 2A All-State, District MVP, and All-Metro after collecting 64 tackles, an impressive 11 interceptions, and 6 pass breakups. He has already accepted an invitation to play in the 2019 Army All-American game in San Antonio. Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University!! pic.twitter.com/AxrJx3AVP1
