During his sophomore campaign, Rooks averaged 15 points, three rebounds and three assists per game. He played well at the Carolina Challenge, scoring nearly 19 points a game. His mother, Vea Rooks received her Master’s degree from Clemson University, and his dad, Steven graduated from nearby Southern Wesleyan University.
