One heck of a bogey on 13. Kinda hard to believe that nobody found his ball. He darn near hit the other fairway... but it was all kind of people and whst looked like tents. I bet someone pocketed it. Hits his provisional the first time, he's at 13 and 1 behind. Fantastic playing.

Did you happen to hear if they're having a cut tomorrow. I can't remember if they still employ that or not. It's crap those -6 got in. Especially Michele Kim. We needed him to miss the cut.

Will Gordon is playing on a medical expemption. This is the last week he has to earn enough points to regain his tour card. He is exactly 0.5 points away from earning his card. It was simple. Make the cut, get your card. Miss the cut, don't get your card.

When he finsihed at -6 he was on the cut line. But, later in the day -6 was T68. It appeared the cut was going to be -7. But, 4 late bogies by folks at -7 pushed it back to -6.

Will got his tour card back!

I know. That was emotional when he walked off the green thinking he'd missed. No doubt a really good feel good story.

he is developing into a nice player. I recall someone telling me he was at Clemson on an academic scholarship.

He's a financial whiz kid. One of the hardest majors at Clemson. Mathematical Science. What a wonderful kid and family. He was a pretty good baseball player too.

Sometimes I have to remind myself he's playing a lot of these courses for the first time. He needs a win... and he will. But a top 10 would be sweet.
