Clemson has offered 4-star 2019 offensive tackle Pierce Quick from Trussville, AL (Hewitt-Trussville HS) on Friday according to his Twitter account.
"Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson!!!!!!," Quick posted. TigerNet spoke with Quick moments after his offer, and he was excited about the offer from the defending National Champions. "I love Clemson for sure and I definitely loved Clemson the last time I visited [April] and I plan on getting back!" Quick said. Quick thinks highly of Clemson's coaching staff. "I love all of the coaches especially Dabo. They're all great people! And me and Coach Bates go way back he was the first coach to offer me at JSU," Quick said. "He's [Bates] been recruiting me longer than anyone else." He told TigerNet during the interview that Clemson's facilities are "the best in the country" and will "no doubt" get an official visit next season. The 6-foot-6 tackle is currently an Alabama commit and has national offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Jacksonville State, LSU, Memphis, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas State, UAB, and Vanderbilt. Quick helped his high school team go unbeaten in the regular season last season for the first time in school history.
