Four-star 2020 athlete Reggie Grimes announced a Clemson offer after competing in Clemson's camp Thursday.
Grimes, who participated in LB drills in Clemson this week, is an Alabama legacy, as his dad, also Reggie, played for the Crimson Tide in the mid-to-late 90s. Grimes II holds offers from Ohio State, Tennessee, LSU, Louisville and Ole Miss among more Power 5 interest already. "Had a great camp today and I’m blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University," Grimes posted on Twitter. He is rated as the No. 6 weakside defensive end by 247Sports and the No. 63 prospect overall. Grimes tallied 30 tackles for a Region 4-6A champion Mt. Juliet team last season, also rushing for 330 yards and seven TDs. Had a great camp today and I’m blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University??
