The College Football landscape has shifted dramatically after Clemson's 44-16 blowout win over Alabama for the national title. National media pundits not focusing on Clemson all season were in awe of the talents of Trevor Lawrence during the College Football Playoff.
Lawrence showed off his remarkable ability leading his squad to a perfect 15-0 season as he completed 259 passes out of 397 for 3,280 yards and 30 passing touchdowns. Vegas has recognized his unique talents by making him the frontrunner for the Heisman Trophy Award in 2019. His current Heisman odds are 3/1 with Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa trailing at 4/1, followed by veteran signal-caller Jalen Hurts at 9/1.
