Former Clemson standout K.J. McDaniels has been putting a hurt on opposing offenses with his impressive blocks this season.

McDaniels is averaging 1.5 blocks a game in his rookie season which is 13th best in block percentage right behind All-stars Dwight Howard and Tim Duncan.

However on Nov. 9th, McDaniels had such massive block into the crowd against Raptors guard Greivis Vasquez that is actually hurt a 76er fan in the crowd.

“I surprised myself,” McDaniels told SI.com. “There was a lady who got hit by the ball who got a concussion, I believe.”

McDaniels graciously sent flowers to the lady to express his sympathy upon learning about the misfortune of the fan.

For the season, McDaniels is averaging 10.1 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 25.8 minutes per game.

Here is the video evidence of NBA's possible Block of the Year.
