WATCH: Dabo Swinney speech on 'Clemson Day at the State House'

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney addressed a joint assembly of the South Carolina Legislature on Tuesday.

Swinney's theme of the speech compared the journey of his team winning a second national title in three seasons to the ideal of how state government should work.
