Miami (5-2 overall, 1-2 ACC) defeated Clemson (4-3, 2-3) 28-20 in double overtime at Hard Rock Stadium Saturday night.

Easily the lowest the program has been since 2010 & this may not be rock bottom with 5 games left on the schedule. Everything that everyone tried to say about Alabama - a program regressing, dynasty dead, an era over and not coming back - is actually true about Clemson Clemson is now 7-6 in its last 13 games after loss at Miami. Dabo Swinney earlier this week: “Honestly, maybe we need to lose a few games & lighten up the bandwagon. Sometimes the bandwagon can get a little too full” Clemson got physically whipped at the LOS, both sides. Lost to a backup QB with virtually no experience. Couldn't run it and couldn't stop the run despite knowing Miami didn't want to throw it. Like I said after WF, this is an 8-4 type team. Best is the Standard! Best is the Standard!
