No national sports analyst wants to be wrong or have a horrible take.
With Clemson's 44-16 beatdown of Alabama in the previous title game, Stephen A. Smith looked rather silly screaming 'Roll Tide' after several college football segments last college football season. However, it looks like the tide is changing as Smith won't rep the Crimson Tide regularly anymore on his "First Take" show. "No man, not after you get blown out of the National Championship game, you got the nerve to ask me that," Smith said to an audience member asking for a yell of 'Roll Tide.' "How many times have I said 'Roll Tide.' I don't wanna hear no 'Roll Tide' when you lose by forty in the National Championship game."
