A playmaking Madison County (Fla.) defensive back picked up an offer from Clemson on Wednesday.
3-star cornerback Travis Jay picked off eight passes - returning two for touchdowns - and broke up four more passes as a junior, adding 59 total tackles. Jay has made several trips to nearby Florida State after its offer last July, including a Junior Day visit this month.
