Four-star 2020 Buford, Georgia linebacker Phillip Webb included Clemson in his top schools list on Monday.
Webb reports over 40 FBS offers and he narrowed that list to a group of 11, where Clemson is in the mix with Notre Dame, Alabama, Stanford, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Auburn, LSU, Florida State and Florida. Webb visited Clemson for the South Carolina last year, in the same month he picked up a Tigers offer. He is rated as high as the No. 3 outside linebacker in the nation and No. 25 overall (ESPN).
