5-star 2018 quarterback Trevor Lawrence from Cartersville, Georgia (Cartersville HS) will visit Clemson this weekend according to his Twitter account.
Lawrence is rated the #1 2018 player overall by 247Sports.com and as a sophomore, he completed 233 out of 364 passes for 3655 yards with 43 touchdowns and only four interceptions. As a freshman, he passed for 3,042 yards with 26 touchdowns to lead Cartersville to the AAAA semifinals. As an 8th grader, he had 1173 passing yards with 18 passing touchdowns and nine rushing touchdowns. He has early offers from Alabama, California, Cincinnati, Clemson, Colorado State, Duke, Florida, Georgia, Houston, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Southern Miss, Tennessee, UCF, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech.
