Three-star safety Trevon Flowers announced he will sign with Tennessee over Clemson and Kentucky on Wednesday.
An ex-Kentucky baseball signee, Flowers is expected to play football and baseball at the college level after one season of high school football. That senior campaign at Tucker High School (Ga.) was enough to garner the attention of a number of programs, with the 6-1 defensive back visiting Clemson and Tennessee in last week before National Signing Day. Flowers was rated as a 3-star prospect who also held offers from Appalachian State and Illinois. Thank God ???? I am beyond blessed to say I am continuing my education and athletic career at the University of Tennessee ?? Respect my decision. Thank you to everyone who believed me in ?? Let’s do it ?? #Vols pic.twitter.com/i1MPhx5mTY
