Clemson jumps up post-championship weekend polls |
Clemson made the biggest jump of any team on championship weekend in the final AP Top 25 ranking before the last College Football Playoff poll.
The Tigers are up to No. 13, vaulting five spots (which tied Army's upward movement after an AAC title).
