Redshirt junior defensive lineman Jabril Robinson announced via Twitter Monday evening that he plans to play his senior season elsewhere. Robinson, a Clemson graduate, had 19 tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss and two quarterback pressures in 206 snaps over 11 games during the 2017 season.
Robinson had two tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss in 30 snaps at No. 14 Louisville on Sept. 16, three tackles in 14 snaps against Boston College on Sept. 23 and had three tackles in 28 snaps against Georgia Tech on Oct. 28 when he was named co-defensive player-of-the-game. He had three tackles in 16 snaps against The Citadel on Nov. 18 and had three tackles in 18 snaps against No. 7 Miami (Fla.) in the ACC Championship Game on Dec. 2. Robinson graduated Dec. 21, 2017 with a degree in parks, recreation & tourism management. "Clemson has developed me not only as a great football player but as an educated young man."
